hello family
how goes it? thanks for the update mom....on the ward and what not. i dont have his email, but could yall send david stoddard an email from me wishing him a happy bday? thanks.
wel this week is going great. we had an awesome experience on monday. there is a lady we are teaching named kathy kelley....and to be completely honest, we havent even formally "taugth" her any of the lessons. we have had more question and answer meetings with her. well, anyways, she says she really feels a pull to theBofM and such....well on monday she was calling to reschdule our next appt and told us that she is really considering converting....she just comes from a very caotholic family. we have planned to go over the talk "faith of our fathers" with here next time. she is a neat lady.
we are also working with Georgia Pennington. she too is doing great. she has some medical thing right now where she is sick in the mornings, so she has not been to chruch, but she is taking the lessons, reading, praying, and progressing right along nicely.
there is also a 10 yr old that we are wrking with. Hannah Hatcher. her family is starting to become active again and she is not baptized. on top of all of that, we are finding people through our own efforts AND the ward is really supporting us.
life is great out here. in all honesty, i hope that i get to stay here the rest of my mission....and WITH elder cosby, if i got to choose. we are having a dandy old time. nothing to complain about and we are both happy and working hard. kind of sad this has to come to an end.....more the reason to sprint to the finish.
