Happy Birthday Elder Russell
first off, thank yo usooo much for the birthday! it definitely was a wonderful day. mom, i am sorry to say, but i didtn take alot of pictures, but i will.......grandma frazier sent me $25 to walmart, so wanna know what i did?
i bought a fishing pole. we live right by a marin and you dont need a license to fish from a marina/dock or shore. there was already one in our apt, so we are going today.
zone conference was this week and I LOVE THE PRESIDENT. he receives a prompting and acts on it instantly....example: at zone conference, we were all talking about the wrk, and one companionship (that covers 2 wards) said that they were getting VERY busy while the threesome elder gonzales is in, isnt too busy. president then said that elder gonzales is going to become a spanish elder and go somewhere else and the 2 missionaries he was with are leaving their "slow" area and going to cover one of the two busy wards. out of no where president decided that would happen. after he said that, we all figured he was talking about at the end of the transfer, but its happening today! he is such an inspired man.
he interviewed all of the missionaries...and he always tells us how much he loves us. in my interview, he told me that there is a really strong chance that i will stay in Panama City longer! he told me that he will leave the decision up to me....unless he really feels i need to leave the area. i am definitely going to pray about it and everything, but it is crazy...that would be 6 transfers here if i stayed one more!
thank you so much again fro the gifdts and pizza. the pants do fit....they arent too big, but i do need a belt when i wear them(which i would have worn one anyways).
elder gonzales is spending the night with us and then tomorrow he isgoing to the other area. there is alot of stuff happening, and that is why we are doing email early. the zone leaders came over to our house and let us know the news and then told us we are doing email now. there are things happening (for the zone leaders and other mssionaries) at the normal time of email, so thats why we are doing it now. well, oh boy, thank you sooo much for everything.
julie says she loooooves you mom. thanks for the prayers on her behalf. it truly is a miracle that she does not have cancer. im sooo glad. thank you all soooooo much. i love you tonnnnns!!!!!!!!
