Tennis ball shaped ankle
so, i know you are very anxious to know what happened. shawn and julie perry were baptized on fri aand confirmed yesterday. bishop gene simonds performed the ordinances. he is a guy that julie worked for over 20 years ago.....it was sooo coo. we got some pics, dont worry, and julie wrote a note to me and kicker.
now, as for transfers.....elder kicker is leaving me :( he is going to be a district leader somwhere else. my new companion is elder pond.....im officially off the J-train(junior companion). ive moved on up to be senior.

now, for the bad news.......on thursday, i sprained my ankle. we are on the second floor and there are about 20 stairs. i was checking the mail after our weekly planning and i made it to about stair 18 when i lost my balnce. elder kicker heard the BOOM so he came looking and helped me up the stairs. instantly, i had a tennis ball shaped ankle. that thursday i couldnt even put it on the ground. the next day, it was still jsut as bad, so i asked for a blessing. we took the day to rest and i elevated and iced. by about two oclock that day, i was able to limp around a bit. elder jones, one of the spanish elders, had a brace he has let me use. it is alll bruised and nasty, but the pain is nearly all of the way gone. ill be okay, its just gonna take time.
the baptism was really nice. steve rogers is slowly making progress. having a hard time with the cigs though. pray for him. thats all we got going now. so, this week:package from mom and dad with ties, sprained ankle, baptism, ties from britt and kenny, and im losing the best companion ever!
