we'll start of with the question that has been bugging mom. my tooth was really starting to bug me and was giving me headaches...most of the day, so i finally dis something about it. bro young, nicest guy ever to the missionaries, took me and elder kicker to crestview(2 hour drive away).
there is a member dentist there that does missionaries for free. he asked what had been the problem and i told him....he expected a little chip, but when i opened my mouth, he said, "OH MY..."
it was little unsettling. he ended up putting a silver filling on like half my tooth. after that, he told me that i had a really big part of my tooth missing and he was surprised that i was dying with pain and that it really should have "rung my bell". he said there was quite a bit of the nerve exposed. he said that i will still have a little pain, he was right, and that it should slowly die off. he said that if i start swelling or anything bad other than some pain, that i'd need to come back in. he said eventually it might need a root canal and when i get home, ill definitely need a crown on my tooth. so, it is a little better, but still sensitive. he said it will be months probably til things like temperature stop affecting it.
right now, when it hurts or i get a head ache, i just take some Advil. so, i have done something about my tooth and so far so good. also, this week the humidity really went up and low and behold...our AC broke....thursday night, me, chinaman, and elder kicker didnt get to sleep til about 4 am because it was 90 degrees in our apt. it was sooo bad. we had a member, who works with ac's. come over and take a look. he said we'll definitely need a new one asap, but he put some "free-on" in it and that helped a little. we actually sleep at night now, but he said that the freeon wont last too long.....out landlord said they will send someone out to fix it, but that has yet to happen.....we plan on calling them today or tomorrow.
as for julie and shawn perry....the didnt come to church and the cancelled the appt...but they called us and told us that julie is having some female problems and she is going to the emergency room. they are reading the BoM, which is key to conversion. thats about all for the week....pretty busy.
we have been over to help bro young build an addition to his house. it will be done this week. it is sooooo cool! thats all for now. thanks for all you guys do. i appreciate the love. i can def feel it. see ya later:)
